Christ the King is led by a plurality of Elders, biblically qualified men called by Christ and affirmed by the congregation to shepherd the church through the ministry of the Word, prayer, and spiritual oversight. This office is not one of domination but of faithful stewardship under the authority of the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

A Deacon is a biblically qualified servant of the Church who supports the ministry of the Word by assisting the Elders in practical and mercy-oriented service. The office of deacon is one of service, not rule.
